You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of this site by any third party.
We make every effort to display product details, ingredients and images accurately. Ayurvedic formulations may show minor natural variation in colour, texture or aroma between batches — this is normal and does not indicate a defect.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm and other UPI apps), major debit/credit cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders. Card and UPI payments are processed through our authorised payment partners; we do not store your full card or UPI credentials on our servers.
We currently ship across India only. Estimated delivery timelines are 3–7 business days depending on your location. Delays due to courier partners, weather, or regional restrictions are outside our control.
Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Refunds for prepaid orders are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. Due to the nature of consumable herbal products, opened items cannot be returned unless defective.
Our products are traditional Ayurvedic formulations and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Please consult a qualified physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, on medication, or have a pre-existing medical condition.

Shivatv Ayurved shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or its products, to the fullest extent permitted by Indian law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat.
